I am of Christian Faith, and try to be an active member in our church... Early in my life, my parents led childrens church each Sunday. This is how I first started learning about the book. Our whole family was also participated in many church activities, but later on my parents discontinued to go to church. I followed this for a few years coming once in a blue moon, but then I started going with my grandpa and then I started going more regularly.... It has changed a lot since I was there the first time, but for the better. Mostly to new people and different ways, but I think that Bil Milligan has done a big portion of being there and reaching out to new people. Mike Browns has also taken on a big role and aided me on most of my work. There are also many other great people in our church, but where does one begin to name them all |
Wanting to know a few more details?? Keep on reading! I am a sophomore in highschool who currently isn't playing any sports.. I didn't go out for football this year because I would rather spend my time in a "better" way like exploring the net! However I am still in Tennis and Soccer later in the year.
Well, if you do not know, I like computers!!!(macs not included[as a computer that is]) but I don't think you know how much I like them!! Computers are basically the neatest thing invented because you can do almost anything you want on them. Also, if there is an error, you screwed up and have no-one to blame! Computers never lie to you, and they say dogs are your best friend. I spend most of my time on the net either working on my webpage or reading on stuff that is just plain interesting... I would be into game-playing on the internet a little, but that is virtually impossible considering I have a 486X100 processor chip. I am also considered a computer genious, or nerd by some people. That is probably because they lack some of the knowledge because once you take a look inside a computer (the case) you see that it is really pretty simple. Sure, at first it seems complex...but only because you don't know what each thing does. I also am fascinated by computers so I just learn and memorize computer related material faster than the average person... but anyone can become fluent with a computer because once you start to understand them, you see that they are quiet a simple machine. The computer I am on right now, is one that my cousin and I peiced together a few years ago. Then, people were kind of amazed at that but in truth there is probably only 12-16 basic parts that you need for your computer.
I also enjoy tennis... I started tennis last year as a freshman because I thought that it sounded like fun and I was right.. I advanced quite rapidly also. This year I'm going to be most likely 3 varsity, but I'm also getting a new raquet to play with so that should help.(another racket besides my walmart "special")
So now there is soccer... Soccer is just something kind of fun to play because it doesn't take a lot of time, but still there is a lot of fun and action. It also keeps you in pretty decent shape for any other sports also. One thing about soccer is that there aren't to many rules, mainly just go drive the ball to the opposing side and kick the ball in the goal and then your litte "shoe shine" job to taunt the other team.
Well, recently a new movie has come out that happens to be my favorite.. The Matrix is a VERY good movie and I suggest it to anyone that likes a good sci-fi or action movie. I admit that at points the acting is a little cheezy but the special effects and intensive action keep you wide awake throughout the whole movie. Interested?? Have a peek at what you're missing!!
